"Mission Control, Anyone, Can you Hear Me? I think I'm the last one left, my comms are damaged, I think I can only send signal. There was some sort of creature up here with us. I... I think it got the others. There's only one problem I think it got me too. I managed to make it back to the ship. I’ve set the auto pilot to return. I know this might not be the best time but if I don’t make it I need to let you know. To let you know we failed. To tell everyone that I’m sorry for how things turned out. I lead you all into this following a child’s dream. I should have stayed on Earth. This communicator is almost out of power so I've only set it to send this message if my vitals drop below zero. Once I'm back on Earth I'll find some way to contact you for a pickup. Hopefully this message never sees the light of day"
